Not so good at the moment lol. I need all the help I can get. Weigh in this morning I gained 1lbs but just organised with my friend to go to Aqua Fit on weds night now xxxx
 
+1 today :( but it was expected after not being able to eat after my op to flexi syns at weekend. It was inevitable. Hoping for a good loss next week.

I missed my wi last tues cos I was so ill so I wi on Friday so really I need to wi Friday again so perhaps the +1 is a temporary thing.
I'm happy with my choices on the weekend I was fully in control but because I couldn't eat all week I used my weeks syns in 2 days to eat a main meal of my choice at nandos and wagamama but still felt I made better choices. I've pulled it straight back in though and I'm not saving syns for a few weeks now taking them daily. Sound like a good idea?
 
I think that sounds like a plan i try not to save my syns up as i like to have a little bit of chocolate at night when the kids are in bed. Am sure next wi will be a good one for you xx
 
Hi everyone, I have been doing slimming world from home for a while and need support and motivation to get rid of the last 1.5 stone. I did try going to class but I didn't think the consultant was very good, so back to W.I at home.

hi you have come to the right place for support. I started at home yesterday and have already had more support on here than i ever got in class. Good luck for your wi i am sure you will be fine xx

I'm still quite new myself buy my advice for what it's worth is.
Take a day off totally (but controlled don't let it make you slip) and start that next say as someone who has 1.5 stone to loose and not as the person who is struggling to loose the last 1.5 of say 4 stone for example.
Does that make sense?

Thanks Louise, I put 1.5lbs this week, I started again yesterday too. At least I know I have my head in gear this week, and I find it really helps to plan my meals for the week. Tonight we are having Chicken Strogonoff. xx

That makes perfect sense, a more positive way to look at it. Thanks for that. I started SW when I had my son two years and I put on 4 stone. I am now half a stone away from my pre pregnancy weight, but wanted to lose a bit more.

Starting weight 14 stone - March 2011
Weight now 11 stone March 2013

Someone else more experienced might have a better tip but id move away from the 14 stone you and start as an 11 stone you that wants to be 9.5.
That's my psychological advice,
Practical I'd say, go back to diaries, go back to your books, get rid of any tweaks you may of got used to doing. 1/2 super frees. back to counting syns perfectly, weighing your hex

I was on holiday last week and had a complete week off, I measured my cereal but that was it. You are absolutely right, getting back to basics. Starting from scratch!! I feel like I have made the first steps, getting weighed this morning, and coming on here, filling in my food diary, measuring syns (!) Feel so much better now, thank you.

HI i started this thread hoping to hear from other people doing sw from home,so i am glad to hear from all of you,its great to have support while losing weight,it is soo much more fun putting the weight on than it is taking it off.I always have time off when i go on hol the trick is getting back on it straight away which i must admit i do struggle with,so if there is anything we can do to help with your journry just say.Good luck for this week.xx

Thanks Hun. I'm gutted as at the moment I am full of cold and have a really bad runny nose its awful. I'm not letting it ruin my week though.
