Sts for me :( but I know why and I know saving syns for just chocolate was wrong idea, and my massive push on toning and weights hasn't helped but it will long term so I'm sure there's good losses to come keeping up with it.

Sorry you didn't lose, but at least it wasnt a gain. I am sure you will have some good losses in the future too, good luck for next week. xx

-2lbs for me this week. Was hoping for more but its a loss so cant really complain.Good luck to you all for your upcoming wi xx

I've lost 17lb in 5 weeks so I can't grumble, just got a great target of 13stone6 to hit cos that's lowest I've been in a good 3-4 years so I'm eager to get it. I'm having a good strict week and in next week or so the amount if exercise I'm doing will start to show it always halts things for a little while

Hi staying the same is much better than putting on and if you can identify the reasons thats even better. I am sure next week will be much better for you. Just let us know if there is anything we can do to help.

I'm hoping to lose around 4 stone to start with but in total would like to lose 7. It seems such a daunting task and can't believe I let it get so bad but must do this as want to start a family in a healthy way! Going shopping later so need to plan week!
 
Hi thanx for joining this really is a great place for getting support.Just had a Toffee Crisp then realised it was 11.5 syns will need to remember to check syns before i eat not after i eat:( oh well will just have to be careful with syns the rest of the week.
Having chicken curry made with Muller light Greek style coconut yoghurt for dinner tonight yum yum

I've got a ham salad for tea.
The toffee crisp is ok just alot aren't they full chocolate bars. I but curly wurlys or fudges n put them in fridge so they take longer to eat.

I break my targets down I have 5 stone to loose in total
3 is my interim target but I have lots of short terms targets, next stone bracket, next round number, add your weight in just pounds that gives good targets getting into next number set. It really helps when there's something more realistic to aim for that's just a few weeks away.
 
Got my kettelbell out the cupboard today with every intention of doing the workout tomorrow,however my kids have just reminded me (wile laughing so much at the memory they were rolling around on the floor)how much pain i was in the last time i tried it, i couldnt sit down or walk down the stairs without wanting to cry for 3 days after it ,not sure if i should give it a miss or have another go in hope it wont be as bad this time?:confused:
 
Maybe don't overdo the kettlebell - baby steps?
Think your right baby steps may be best so i think i will follow the beginner routine not the regular one and work my way up xx

yes i think breaking down the target is the way to go. Im hoping to lose 2 stone by July. We are going away in two weeks for a few days so any lost before then will be good!

Louise - good luck with the work out! i need to do some exercise too, ive got my wii fit ready and waiting for me lol
 
Yay I lost a 1lb (I did a sneaky wi) I'm changing my official wi to Fridays now. So my next 3 small targets are:-

-9 ounces to get into the single figures of 13st x pounds
-get into the 180's (lb's weight stats) 2.8lb to go there
-and 5lb to go until I'm at my lightest in 4 years.

What's everyone else's 3 short term targets? X

I think my short term targets will be - 2 stone by July and 1 stone by 22 May. I'd like to lose 7lbs by 14/4 but that's probably aiming too high but I do have ALOT to lose!

At the point ill just be glad to see weight come off though!
 
I have in total 5 stone I'm Down from15stone exactly to 13st10 so far.
I dont have a date to do it but my mum has put up a spa night and babysitting for it if I drop 3 stone.
And I've a holiday to Sri Lanka in July my son will be nrly 3 so more weight I can loose the easier and better everything will be I'm a single mum so all the playing, running around shoulder pags, carrying when tired is up to me so less I weigh easier I'll find it.
 
That is brilliant - you have done really well! It's so inspiring too. Is that all by sw at Home? I have 8stone to lose in total but i would be happy with losing 6 stone.

Sri Lanka? That sounds like an amazing holiday. I'd love to go there sometime. The less weight will def help especially in the heat too!
 
Yes all from home, with books and I've done it in past the groups aren't my cup of tea so I put my £5 in a tub everyweek n that's my new clothes fund. Plus money I save from not eating out so much and buying crap.
I'm lucky in that my mum and step dad are doing it although they don't need to be and my sister so any family meals were doing at home and is always sw but tbh it's not like a diet just really healthy home cooked food.
I couldn't of done it without this site though it's really helped.
 
That's brilliant - I like the idea of using the £5 as a clothing fund! Yes it's much easier if others in the home are doing it too. My husband is not too fussy so should eat what I eat. Just need to tell him to go somewhere else if he is going to snack after lol
 
I'm used to it now ppl eating around me. On good Friday everyone had fish n chips, I took all batter off mine and had a free meal of fish n superfree mushy peas.
I've got a very long way to go though seems like I'll never get there but I will.
