Morning and welcome to all newbies i have lost 3lb so far so that puts me at 25 to go i usually only do green days but i was getting fed up eating the same thing all the time so had a few red days does anyone know if it is ok to mix red and green days in the same week or is it better to have an all green or all red week?
I'm doing poorly haha, only lost 1.5lb I think, would like 19lb off by the end of June but that may be wishful thinking at the rate I loose

I am motivated by wanting to look good as a bridesmaid at the end of June
i am trying to have lots of speed foods. Can't exercise at the min due to broken leg, but can still do arm weights
my target is 10 stone and I weighed last week at 11.5lb (just over) so need to lose 19lb to get to target, however considering I started over a month ago and I've lost a total of 2lb I'm starting to loose hope! WI tomorrow so really need a good loss...
Sorry to hear about your leg, stick with it though it will eventually pay off and it will all be worth it you will look fab in your bridesmaids dressThanks hun, no not in plaster as it was broken next to my knee but not displaced. Recovering well now but I'm still on crutches which restricts me a lot. Reducing my time spent on crutches now though and for some things I can use one. Can't drive yet though as its my right leg and I also tore a ligament in my right ankle at the same time very frustrating as I'm normally at the gym everyday.

think the 3 things that will help me would be
1. vary what am eating not just having the same foods all the time
2.drink more water,and remember that tea doesnt count as water
3.start doing my fitness dvds not just sitting watching them saying that looks too hard then turning it off
