Hi

Right ladies there is only 10 weeks left on our 28. Lb challenge no one has yet broke the 20 mark.

We need to get going on this and get those lbs off we don't want to get to June and have to still be loosing the same 20lb. By June ppl have holidays to go on, the sun will be out.

Can everyone post there current figure it'll help us focus on getting on track with this whatever it is.

Look at this picture I can say hand on heart I want this fat out my body by June.

Morning and welcome to all newbies :) i have lost 3lb so far so that puts me at 25 to go i usually only do green days but i was getting fed up eating the same thing all the time so had a few red days does anyone know if it is ok to mix red and green days in the same week or is it better to have an all green or all red week?

No mix them is fine in same week I'm doing 3 red last. Three days of the week
I had risotto Monday n I sent me into a carb coma haha I like red but hate it at same time lol
 
thats great i have had a few red days now but really want some pasta today so happy that i can mix them xx

List us. 3 things you think might help push your losses. Mine are

Exercise consistently not just one week on and 2 off. And moaning its not working.
No picking at little bits I think don't count
Minimum. 3 red days a week.

Well done on your weight lose my weight lose is going very slow too but i am determined to reach 28 by end of june if it kills me lol
 
think the 3 things that will help me would be
1. vary what am eating not just having the same foods all the time
2.drink more water,and remember that tea doesnt count as water
3.start doing my fitness dvds not just sitting watching them saying that looks too hard then turning it off
 
I am motivated by wanting to look good as a bridesmaid at the end of June :)

i am trying to have lots of speed foods. Can't exercise at the min due to broken leg, but can still do arm weights ;)

my target is 10 stone and I weighed last week at 11.5lb (just over) so need to lose 19lb to get to target, however considering I started over a month ago and I've lost a total of 2lb I'm starting to loose hope! WI tomorrow so really need a good loss...

Ouchy broken leg. Are you in plaster? This is tricky cos won't your leg be carrying alot of water, swelling etc?

If your in a cast and you've got swelling ill be tempted to say stay off scales totally stay on plan trust yourself but scales won't be accurate and are really demotivating you.
 
Thanks hun, no not in plaster as it was broken next to my knee but not displaced. Recovering well now but I'm still on crutches which restricts me a lot. Reducing my time spent on crutches now though and for some things I can use one. Can't drive yet though as its my right leg and I also tore a ligament in my right ankle at the same time :( very frustrating as I'm normally at the gym everyday.

Sorry to hear about your leg, stick with it though it will eventually pay off and it will all be worth it you will look fab in your bridesmaids dress

That's nasty, ull be on mend soon its frustrating but ull get there x
