After weighing myself last Friday and discovering I was 12st exactly . I decided I could really do with losing some weight. I mean I'm only 5ft 2 or 3 (not sure exactly).

So as of last Friday I'm on a diet and have signed up here to help me along. So Hi to everyone :wavey:

I'm not on any specific diet becky, just cutting out junk food and eating less in general. Well trying to lol.
