Where did all that time go? I'm still floating about and behaving, lost 1.5 this week so all is good, got another 7 lb to lose before holidays at new year!

Thank you all, yes 7lb just be easy enough but I am such a bad self saboteur I really need to keep focused.

So last weeks, was write off. Ate loads of rubbish from Halloween treats. Really there was no need but I did it anyway. Stayed the same at weigh in so not too bad. I figure I've been given a 2nd chance so I am behaving myself this week, I need to get this 7lb moving!
