I think I might have hit a slow down in my weight loss for this week...
I know from previous dieting that I hit certain points and get stuck, that's when I lose motivation. I was hoping I wouldn't hit one for a long time yet as it is normally at 18stone and 16stone. Both those weights are a long long way off yet!!
I've also made a mistake in wearing a shirt today that is not quite a comfortable fit and I feel it being tight. Should have stuck to my normal shirts until I had lost a bit more. Makes me feel fat.........
Plus I'm going on a course this weekend with food being provided and having to stay in a hotel with breakfast provided etc. etc. etc.
