Amen to that! It surprised me how tough I found today after all its just another day with a fancy roast dinner and I've sat through enough roast dinners now with my shake that I didn't think I would find it so hard. It just goes to show that psychologically I associate celebrating with eating and I definitely have certain eating and drinking rituals at certain times of the year that I need to break. Huge congratulations to all who either stayed 100% today. Fantastic achievement!
