not honking but just checking in, haven't been active but am currently one month into refeed and have maintained/ lost a little weight (gym and healthy diet)so it's going well. Am thinking about returning to lipotrim on Monday for a few weeks to try and knock my weight nearer to the 14st mark ! :)

Honk for 11 days 100%!! Day 12 today out of my initial 30 day challenge!
 
Yeh!!! not ready to honk yet but so happy to have found this thread! It was always my faviourate when I was on Lipotrim before. Can't wait to come back later for my day 1, 100% honk!!
