Hot shakes?

Hiya, I ordered the bumper shake pack on Xmas eve and will hopefully start on the 3rd jan. Can't wait!!

I have read you can have the shakes hot? The chocolate one I can understand but the strawberry, banana & vanilla?! I'm not looking forward to the vanilla one and I don't like coffee so can't add that lol! Any tips appreciated! Xxx

You can have them ANY way you want

Shame you dont like coffee, a spoonful of coffee in the vanilla shake (hot) is my absolute favourite

Thanks starlight. I might try a tiny bit as tastes do change but the reason I can't stand coffee is ....don't read if your are squeamish.... When I was younger my brother was sick on me on a coach trip and he had just had coffee and the smell lingered until we could get off the coach and get me something else to wear!!! Have hated the smell every since-can't even kiss hubby if he had just had a coffee!

Oh well, I shall prob have it as my morning one and get it over and done with! Xxx

Oh lovely - I can see your aversion to it. Having said that Ive never really liked coffee breath myself to be honest.

Maybe give it a go, its lovely and sweet and you could just put a drop in til you decide if you like it or not

hi hun i couldnt stand coffee either but after starlight recomended it to me i thought id try so i added half a spoon and it was ok then i left it for a while then tried it again with 2 spoons and im now addicted lol and i also wasnt keen on the thought of hot strawb or banana but i started having them just like that but now i add 2 spoons to all of them and i really enjoy them all now. so just have a try and even if your not keen wait a while then maybe try again when your tastebuds change after being on the diet for a while then try again. good luck.

................I don't like any of the shakes hot but hopefully you will but if like me you don't then try them with ice & a couple of tablet sweeteners that makes them taste really yummy. xx
