How come..

Yes the diet works by making sure you don't cheat on down days and making sure you eat anough on up days. It's the alternate days that keep your metabolism working and you keep losing weight. Plus you don't get diet fatigue that you could get on other plans where you're sticking to the same restrictive diet for weeks on end :)
 
Thanks guys, my up days say i should be eating 2156 which i'm finding really difficult to have. I think my kfc last night should have taken me near it though. Today i'm on 431 calories so i'm having half a tin of soup with added mushrooms, salad and cereal bar for snack. Can't wait for weigh in day next week :)
