Ok so I am a bit ashamed to admit this.... I am very very lazy
The most exercise I do is the housework, running the stairs a million times a day for little one n housework, n doing the odd jog with 4year olds at work couple times a week)
Otherwise, I'm on the sofa. Watching tv, chilling on my phone, thinking about but never actually exercising
Today whilst little one has his nap I'm laying on the floor doing like a bycical thing. I am desperate to lose weight as I don't even fit my clothes anymore. I have started slimming world also but just changing my diet will only bring minimal weigh loss.
I want so desperatly to be a exercise fanatic. Someone who actually enjoys it and does it as part of there everyday life.
So how do I turn this wanting into reality?? I cant afford the gym atm so that is out of the question.
Any advice from anyone else who initally or still does struggle would be greatly apprieated!!
