How do u space your shakes/soups/bars through the day?

i have my first shake between 12 and 1, second shake about 6pm and my bar between 9pm and 10pm

when i first did cambridge i would have a soup at 7.30pm a shake at 8.30pm and then a bar made into 12 "biscuits" to munch on during the evening
 
I have a shake before work (about 7am) then my next one at 6pm and my final one about 10pm. I work two jobs so coupled nights a week I'm at one job 8am til 5pm and then start my other one at 6pm so spacing mine like this helps me get through the day and also cuts the want to snack in the evenings which is when I tend to crave food more out of habit! I think it's just a matter offending what works for you even if it's different everyday :)
