how do you lose 2 thirds of your self?

thank you everybody for the christmas wishes :D
I did start putting wishes on everybodys walls on christmas eve but got called away and just have not had time to get back :eek:

I hope you have all had a wonderful christmas and got lots of nice pressies:D:D

I have no intention of weighing this week :eek:
i truly have not been 100% i do feel i have made good choices a lot of the time in that i have not had any chocci or biscuits or cake other than the low syn mince pies i made:D

work has been reallllllly busy so i have had lots of exercise and no time to syn :D

will catch up with everybody sometime in the next 2 days inbetween shifts

I have worked 6 of the last 7 days and not only done my contracted hours but at least another 6 in missed breaks and late finishes !:eek:

I have been assertive when i am there but anxious and unsettled when i am home, i think i am seriously going to consider a career change if things don't get better:cry:
seriously considering murdering the teen too he has been a pain this week we have a party on sat night for his friends mainly and while i have been at work i asked the men to start getting the house ready.
Of course they haven't:mad: so guess what i will be doing tomorrow:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

think from tomorrow i will start doing my positives again I have also been putting them on my facebook which has caused loads of comments at work. really really need to get back to doing it in order to refocus me

Monday is a new week and a new year that should help too.:D

continue to still be nowhere near 100%
but am not going wild either.:rolleyes:

I have managed to keep up the exercise and i got a kettlebell for chrimbo so have worked out a little session for myself:D

Forgive me if this sounds a little whingey i am tierd and feeling a little sorry for myself:eek:

I think it sounds like you are coping really well, I too am not on plan 100% but not being too naughty.

Hope the party goes well hun, men don't notice mess like women :)

I also got a kettlebell but unlike you have just looked at it :p
 
Hi Mandy, just catching up on your diary (since I've been away over Xmas), and although I can tell you have had lots to do, you still sound like you are doing well! :) I also love reading your positives, so yes, please start doing them again - as you said if they help you keep focused as well then all is good, right? :)

ok todays positive

I got up at 7.00am i have been to the gym walked the dog and had the first load of washing in by 10am this is going to be a productive day

not been to the gym for a week but really enjoyed going this morning, i feel so much fitter

tomorrow is new years eve i have plans i am really looking forward to and for a while this year i didn't think i would look forward to anything again xx

morning all, its a bright clear morning here after a week of rain funny how it makes you feel so much better isn't it:D

wrote a long post yesterday listing my goals for 2012 and cyber space ate it:eek:

was a trifle hungover :eek::eek::eek::eek: so went to bed really early

thats my line drawn under 2011 and new year, had a really good newyear party but drank and ate too much :break_diet:

But hey its done i enjoyed it and i now have the tools to get over it and carry on
here are my 2012 goals (again!)

1, continue my weight loss i have lost 3 and a half 2t in 2011 and i want to double that at least in 2012.

2, accept that i am not perfect and will slip at times, but that does not make me a failure

3, continue to increase my exercise and try some new things

4, begin to like my self more and dare i say love myself eventually:eek:

5, be more assertive and don't allow others to walk all over me

6, have the confidence to arrange a christmas market meet up with all my lovely supportive mini freinds :D

7, start each day in a positive frame of mind and list at least 3 positives for every day

Absolutely love the goals for 2012, you will achieve them I am sure of you you're :superwoman: remember, as are we all, we can achieve anything we put our minds too.
Oh would love to meet up for the Christmas Market, I know y'all live a long way from London but I am happy (never thought I would say that) to travel to you, I haven't been to one in years. They advertised one in our local shopping centre so I almost ran there to have a look and all it was was a few more stalls than normal and nothing to write home about, I was very disappointed, so really would love to see what a real Christmas market is like :bighug: xxxx
 
Well done bb! Fab goals and sounds like a great day! Wish my oh could cook. Last time he made me.lunch ( years ago ) he called it a pork pie special and he had cut the top of put some cheese and pickle in and grilled it then put the top back on! I wet myself and won't let him live it down!

I also would love to meet for Christmas xx
 
another goal for 2012 complete my food diary every day:D

so here goes

B which was actually brunch, beans egg and actifried potatoes (1 syn for tiny amount of oil used and split between us all)

T turkey roll with stuffing and cranberry sauce (hex b and 3 syns)

S turkey lentil and bacon soup brown roll (5 1/2 syns)

total 9 1/2 syns

still not got the drinking right need to work on that

todays positives

1, despite the torrential rain and gale force winds this morning, i have been to the gym and really enjoyed it.

2, mike took down the decs yesterday while i was at work so i don't have to do it today

3, I have the day off with my hubby for the first time since before crimbo
