how do you lose 2 thirds of your self?

this is a first jackie :eek: his girlfriend and his best mate are staying over here tonight so they can all get a taxi home together.

Evening Mandy, sorry to hear you are working all over the bank holiday, Mick is working too and will be off when I go back............we really are like ships that pass in the night a lot of the time...............much like you and your OH I'm sure...........the joys of being married to a nurse. I hope you are not too busy over the weekend :)

I have decided to liven up work this afternoon have a head and with flags on, have some jazzy music and am going to brighten everybody up :party0049:

meal plan for today xxx

B beans and egg on toast (hexb and 6 syns)

L cherries, yog, mango

T chicken, veg, sw bns chips

will have some more syns during the day so will update them when i get in xxxxx

No rest for us queen or no queen lol
 
well my headband and music went down well :D

pity it was an awful shift, should have finished at 8.00 but we had a sudden death at 5 too, so ended up not finishing till 9.30
unfortunatly we were unable to save the pt, so finished the shift comforting relatives :sigh: such a shame xxxxx

food resonably ok but had a grab and run situation for tea so had a sandwich made by a friend, avoided all the crisps, cakes and biscuits though so quite pleased with myself,
have a short 6 hour shift tomorrow, sooooooooooo thinking of having a bbq, can do that syn free easily :D

right off to bed xxxxx
