1 am 14 1/2 st with a goal weight set by my Alizonne GP of 11st 13.5lb. That will be a BMI of 27. I started at over 21 stone with a BMI of 48.3. I have lost 6 st 12lb and have another 2 1/2 stone to shed.
I'm now onto a protein meal each evening with veggies, and have 4 sachets and a lunch time salad during the rest of the day. I expect to be at goal by the autumn.
Only just started my new diet so still got loads to lose. Aiming for 60lbs then I'll decide if I want to or need to lose more but my guess is more around 80lbs.
