how much water is to much?

Think i need to cut down on my water i drink at least 6 litres a day!!! And yes i am constantly peeing lol x

I'm assuming my diet is healthy so I should drink 3.3 litres. I've already had 2.25 (I have a 75cl bottle on my desk).

Actually i'd say that was spot on because I tend to stop drinking when I get home, apart from maybe a glass of water with tea.

I do need the loo alot though...

I don't drink enough.....especially when I'm a work (never know when I can get to a loo).

I have probably had about 2 litres today - making a special effort as its WI tomorrow.

Well I am odd (yeah yeah I know!) but after my morning wee, I don't need to go again until 3-4pm!
Even when I was catheterised I didn't 'go'. It doesn't matter how much I drink!

Yet at night I get loads of Body Magic going to the blimmin loo!
