How to lose half your body weight in 10 days (Or a bit longer!)

Hi Laura love! How are you? Finished for summer yet? The job and house are going really well thanks. I've started laying the laminate this week, which is tricky with a toddler. Haha.
I just need to stop this binge cycle I'm on. Making spag bol for tea with enough left over for a quick lunch tomorrow. Mr Tesco delivery man was hot! And really sweet. The pickers screwed up, instead of 3 Pepsi max they sent 1 max and 2 regular, so he has got someone from the local store to drop two max ones off tonight. He just called to let me know it is organised.

I finished for summer on Friday, and couldn't be happier! Haven't slept so well in months, think its just the lack of stress!
I've just got back from WI and lost 1.5, even after a very synful weekend, so I will keep my fingers crossed pet! Xxx

And you have your new place in September! So exciting. 
Well done on the loss! I'm hoping once I've weighed I can move forward with some goals. I think my first one is either when I get back to my lowest or get into the 13s I will book a day off work and take mum to exeter for the day. Depending on when it happens because I have a trip to yorkshire end of September. For now I'm looking long term to hit 13 stone (2nd interim) and if gaynor gives me a snotty disapproving look she will get a rant about being supportive not judgemental.
Proper amused that someone I worked with and who I have seen since moving back but not since losing weight, until today, didn't recognise me. Lol. I said hi, as I was trotting back from work (dark jeans, light grey top, pink blazer thing), and she was in her uniform eating chocolate (that I wanted to steal), and she looked really confused trying to work out who I was. Lol.

Yeah, I have 2 weeks worth of gain to get seen to. I know it will be 7-14. I know when it piles on quick big losses strip it back off quick. I'm designing a new embroidered picture for the lounge which is keeping me busy. I hope your weigh in goes well

Morning Fran, good luck for WI. I think we all have those self desturct cycles where we eat crap, feel crap and cause we feel crap we eat more crap! It is totally illogical but I have been the same recently but I don't want to carry on this cycle to I have given my self a stern talking too and I am back on it.
You know the plan inside and out and when you are on plan you do so well and you know it works otherwise that lady would have recognised you.
Hope WI isn't as bad as you think but if it is, you will face it head on and get the gain off and then some. We can do it together!!

Thanks for remembering - I have actually been measured for and purchased 2 new bras!! I have gone from 44E in M and S to a 36 ..... yes you did hear me right ... a 36F in a specialist shop
I have also booked in a facial and massage for next week. (didnt like the shade of green, so didn't match up this time) getting closer and closer to 500 as well xxx

Thank guys, just up 4lbs, across the two weeks. The woman who i knew was going to be an arse was, and I very nicely pointed out that there are reasons behind people's actions and they need support not judgement to move on. I have a night out tonight which shouldn't be too bad then nothing else on this week. Just need to look forward to my next mini goals. I said I would like 3lbs off this week.
Adelle breaking the cycle is so hard. I will be chopping up a fruit salad to keep in the fridge later. Hoping that will help.

Thanks hun. Yeah I was pretty surprised, aunt flo came the other day which might explain why I feel SO much bigger even if the scale doesn't say I'm hugely bigger. The rest of the group are so lovely mostly. It is hard when you have a complicated relationship with food and mental health. The last thing you want is someone else telling you you are stupid and have thrown everything away. I said it is part of the journey, going through the tricky times and working your way through. Everyone else was super lovely so maybe I can feel the weight on more than they can see. It isn't forever though, ignoring the final target again. I need 1 stone 10lbs for my interim and 3lbs for this week. 8 weigh ins before the wedding! Going to try to get 12lbs off by then. Hoping I'm over the hump.
