Well sounds like you were expecting it so I guess that's not too bad then :)
 
Breakfast; bowl of fruit, apple, banana, strawberries, 1 kiwi fruit, pinned of grapes which I'm still munching on. Strawberry muller light free yogurt.

Lunch was yummy, uncle bens rice (2.5 syns), lettuce, cucumber, red onion, peppers, sweet corn, balsamic vinegar. Pot of grapes & melon.

HEXB -2 hifi bars, (only had one so far).

Syns for milk in tea as I'm having cheese with dinner, may make another tea before I leave work.
 
Today's delights.

Breakfast 30g chocolate weetabix minis HEXA&B. Apple after swimming.

Lunch: carvery out for Mother's Day, 3 Yorkshire puddings, stuffing, green beans, califlower cheese, carrots, mash, roast potatoes, gravy.

Snack: another apple, Hazel chocolate shape yogurt.

Dinner: tandoori salmon, rice, cabbage, sweet corn, carrots, broccoli, green beans.

Today I made a batch of tomato soup and bean chilli, so quite productive. Not so much on the assignment front though.
