Lunch: jacket potato, extra light triangle HEXA part, rest on milk in 2 teas. Houmous 4. Carrots, pepper, cucumber dip, salad. Apple. Another apple as a snack & hifi bar fir after swimming. Ainsley harriot lentil Dahl & brown rice for dinner, with some veggies & possibly homemade coleslaw for dinner. Round today up to full 15 for syns.
what was the lentil Dahl like? X
 
Today, green day: B: HEXB1 Sandwich thin, houmous (2), apple, hifi Lunch: mince concoction, brown rice, veg, cheese HEXA. Weigh in today.

Thank you. Dinner was nice, hot & spicy quorn pieces, cheese slices, BBQ sauce in a WW wrap with salad.
Need to get some wraps they didn't arrive in my shop and got a bad swap of gluten free bread :(. Taking your halloumi burger idea thinking of doing goats cheese and grilled aubergine just need to get a bun/ thin of some sort x

Never tried goats cheese. Think next time I'll do a green day to get more Halloumi haha. The burger thins are 6 syns but could get a whole meal roll (60g) for a HEXB & use that. Really feels like a treat.

I'm trying the melt in the middle quorn burger tonight. Will let you ladies know what I think.

Today, doing another green as I had 2 HEXB by mistake (kind of). Lol. Breakie: crispy minis with milk HEXA&B. Snacks am: hifi bar HEXB Lunch: salmon flakes, uncle bens rice 1.5 syns, salad. Chilli & lime dressing 1 syn. Snacks Pm: banana, apple, hifi. On way to Asda & so hungry for dinner!
I really like the BBQ sauce - will try and dig out the recipe for you. That's going to be a late dinner! Still having the melt in the middle burgers? X

Now have whole meal finger rolls for hotdogs on Sunday, primula cheese to make a proper nacho bake to keep me on track on Monday, (what is it about bank holidays)? Got some low syn popcorn too.

& Asda meat free pulled pork that I'm hoping will be yum, 1.5 syns so worth a try! I'm ready for the weekend.

I'm in mission assignment as my last one is due next week. Can't be snacking out of boredom or because I'm in the flat must of the weekend.

that burger looks so good! I went a found some of that asda meat free pulled pork after you mentioned it - is it 1.5 syns for the whole box? X
