Stomach is fine so good nights sleep ahead (hopefully)

Glad your stomach is better hun. Hope you get a good nights sleep as well.

Weigh in is getting near again. Can't believe we've nearly done 5 weeks! And still in the zone!

Thanks ladies (haven't world out Multi quote on phone yet).

Nic - time has flown but I am worried about WI due to night out, homemade lasagne, & Totm due 2moro :(
Whatever the outcome I will keep going. Have a good night ladies

Impressive treat trays & still lose 1lb ;) Well done on your loss, don't be too disheartened as they all add up. I'll be happy with 1lb this week!

Hope u r enjoying the sun :)

Do u have something yummy for dinner which won't set it off? X

my stomach pains r very random & tbh I don't suffer as much as when I was younger & went through tests, barium meals etc. I've given up on fybrogel, movical & lactulose but have always found when eating healthier it helps. White bread can still be a cause but I do love it! That said I've ate more of it since joining WW (can't resist a petit pain), & they've been fine.

These days waking in the night from excess acid & reflux is more annoying along with the stomach cramps, but I can go weeks without problems.

Thanks Helen, I'm feeling ok this evening, just had to spend some time with my bestie and the day became better. X

Aw bless you Helen, I've got really bad IBS, luckily I know my triggers now so I'm normally ok. X

How has your Friday been Sweetie? X
