HWW food diary

My WW equivalent to cooked breakfasts have become a weekend lunch favourite 4 me. It was yummy. I am concerned re: my portion size so I'm going to do some PP days next week (however not 2moro as we've got a BBQ planned :)

WEIGH IN - Week 5 & STS :(

Déjàvu! I guess totm arriving yesterday contributes, however I would much prefer a steady regular loss, than good week then bad week as it's disheartening.

Oh well not giving up ... On to Week 6.

Hope everyone has a great day :)

Well done on staying the same when totm has arrived. I know a woman who puts on 6lbs every time totm. I know it's disheartening when you don't lose, but you're doing so well keep it up hun. Best attitude to have onto week 6 and like me I see you're going to do PP. I need portion control I think my portions have been getting too big and I have been eating too many 'free foods' as well xx

Yummy! Enjoy your BBQ, I've got corn on the cob on my list for this week, can't wait! X

Thanks Nic, tbh I've never gained much around Totm maybe 1lb so I don't think it's masked a big loss. I think it has to be portion sizes & 'free' bread products.

I do enjoy 'meat days' from my past life on SW. Looking forward to dinner although a bit overcast @ the mo.

Ate late lunch (just finished) so hopefully will be fine until BBQ.

Last day of big portions & on to PP 2moro.

Was a dry crumpet quite hard to chew and swallow? X

Lol, I'm quite used to them now & it's not as bad as it sounds. I like the Warburton fluffy ones & I toast it quite a lot so it's crispy.

I must admit the cold non toasted crumpet I ate today was not very nice!

That doesn't sound appetising at all!!! I've seen people use crumpets in a savoury way on here, I've always thought of them as sweet! X

They are quite versatile, I've tried them with butter, peanut butter, jam, soft cheese, hard cheese & even Nutella but maybe I am just strange lol
