Day 7

B - 1.5 shredded wheat, 110ml SS milk (1pp), 0% Actimel (1pp)

L - toasted warburton thin with 10g clover light (1pp), bacon medallions, 1 fish finger (1pp), fry light egg, fresh toms

pineapple/strawberries

crumpet x 2

jaffa cake @ 12.30 am! (1pp - over my weeklies after my night out), fresh start moro

off plan evening :)

D - going to a restaurant & having chicken breast in a spicy sauce, salad plus rice/peas. No starter or dessert.

I estimate that I will drink approx 5 cocktails (it would be rude not 2 take advantage of happy hours :) including Piña colada & rum punch!

I'm not a fan of wine/lager/cider or plain spirits, but could drink cocktails all day every day. I usually have a night out every 2/3 months. I also don't smoke so unhealthy food was always my vice.

Thanks Sammyanth, it was surprising but very appreciated after last week. My losses usually drop to 1.5-2 lbs after a few weeks so I'm going to enjoy it whilst it lasts. There's a long way to go & I've lost weight on (SW) so many times before then regained.

My poor family get fed up of commenting on losses but then being quiet about gains. I've not managed to get into the 11 stone bracket for many years & never returned to pre pregnancy weight. I have to do it this time as not getting any younger.

Good morning Serena, thanks U R a Star :) They don't look very appetising lol, & my fear is if they're allowed on the F&H list that I may add heaps of sweetener & eat them on a regular basis. I think I'll point the original Sugar puffs I bought, that way I will only have them in moderation. I did enjoy a bowl last night & strangely when I compared it to the wholegrain 1, they were both 3pp for 30g (dry). That said I realise wholegrain is healthier with much less sugar. Also at £2.80 (on top of the Special K bought for my son & Shredded wheat for me), every penny counts so they will be getting eaten. thanks for looking out :) Any fun plans this weekend? Helen
U paid £2.80 for Sugar Puffs?!? They are only £1 everywhere here! I think u are right about cereal, I try not to have it as I could easily eat 100g of it and not even realise! If it's not in the house, I can't eat it lol x
Day 7 - Weight loss this week is 4lbs. Very happy with that after I STS last week. It seems F&H is definitely the way to go for me. Plus I've drank my 2.6l of water every day (thanks to Serena posting the app), so I'm back on track. my usual weigh in day is Sunday but I have a planned night out this evening & don't want a weight gain in the morning, to ruin my focus for next week. My aim is to fix the damage during the week :) Usually I wouldn't plan a night out so early into healthy eating, but I haven't seen my friend for ages and rarely go out. I hope you all have a great weekend :) Happy Helen

Just waiting for the bus home (saving money on a cab), after my night out. Had a great time catching up with my friend. Had nice food & 4 half priced cocktails plus 2 vodkas with cranberry & 1 sambuca. Could have been much worse. Been out since 6:15 & going to have a plain toasted crumpet when I get home. I must go out more often :) On to week 5!
 
Hi Serena, I wore black jeans, black/white top, black suede heels & silver jewellery plus black/silver bag :)
 
£2.80 was a rip off as I'm sure they sell them in the pound shop. But I has a craving so paid it :( lol re: Shredded wheat. I have 1 in the week as I am always rushing to get to school/work but 1.5 on weekends as I tend to be hungrier. I just leave the spare half for the next weekend :)

Good morning Serena, I had rum punch, piña colada, martini type drink with passion fruit/black currant & a long drink with pineapple/orange (can't remember which alcohol) lol. Tbh I like most cocktails apart from anything containing bananna.

It was a lovely warm evening although I was sat on the floor waiting for the bus as the heels were killing my feet (not very lady like).

lol. I've opted for Sugar Puffs this morning at 3pp.

Weather is lovely here today, although I could happily sit on the deck chair in the sun all day. Not sure my son will approve.

L - toasted Wholemeal WW pitta, 10g clover light (1pp), scrambled eggs (2 tsp free oil & splash of milk), 1 bacon medallion, thin pork steak and baked beans.


Pineapple, strawberries, WW wrap & sweetener.

D - Bolognese (1pp for low fat Dolmio), wholewheat pasta, sweetcorn and carrots plus half fat cheese (20g) 1pp.

G&B mini choc (2pp)


2moro's D - Lasagne (counting 6pp for my portion of the sauces/pasta/cheese). We make a huge Lasagne enough for 8 portions with 1 low fat red & 1 white large Dolmio sauce, 2 large packs of extra lean mince & 8 pasta sheets, so it's not as sinful as it could be. Plus salad, fry light chips & sweetcorn.

No there are 4 of us, so we'll have it today/tomorrow. However I have a dilemma as 6pp is quite a lot, especially as I used 3pp on Sugar puffs this morning. I think instead I'm going to just have the Bolognese for 1pp with wholemeal pasta plus half fat cheese (1pp). That way I can have a G&B mini (which is the same as 1 pasta sheet) this evening, & save the 2pp (from the white sauce).

I will however have some lasagne 2moro in the 2nd sitting :)

Sounds like an excellent idea, any way to get a G&B Mini Bar in is a winner in my eyes! X
 
I agree & was concerned that without my evening treat I would struggle. The lasagne however did look delish! Here is the half that's left for 2moro's dinner ...
