I CAN do this!!

Am poorly :( my whole body aches and my face and head feel like they are going to explode! Have pretty much lost my voice! I am the worst poorly person ever, I just cannot hack being poorly! So food wise today I have no idea cos my throat is so sore I don't even want to eat! So will probably have soup for lunch and dinner and plenty of water!
Its so sunny outside too today and I'm just going to stay in bed!

Oh no, being poorly is awful. Especially for dieting, i always feel like junk food and can't be bothered to cook! Hope you feel better soon and good luck with your weight loss :)

Thanks girls :) I have to admit I'm am feeling pretty awful, got some cold and flu tablets but I just seem to be feeling worse! So after sleeping on and off all day, I'm properly going to bed now! In between sleeping I've ordered myself some new clothes from New Look, Just some tops that were in the sale, ordered a size below as they are more summery style tops so hopefully by time the proper spring/summer starts they will fit me...a good incentive...also ordered a cute pair of ballet pumps and some jewellry! So that cheered me up at least :D

Food for today hasn't been great, but not totally bad..well..sort of!

HEa of milk used in lots of cups of tea throughout the day!

Very Late Lunch - Omelette with ham and mushrooms with 28g cheese (6syns?!) and baked beans and cherry tomatoes.....not exactly 1/3 superfree, but was made by my lovely boyfriend before he went to work :)

Dinner - Was going to make Honey Teriyaki style salmon and noodles, but I didn't cook the salmon enough and couldn't be bothered waiting any longer so I just threw it away, so it would have been syns for the honey marinade, but as I didn't eat it, it wasn't!! lol...so I ended up just having the noodles, with peppers, mushrooms, spring onions, carrot, abit of soy sauce and Chinese 5 spice and some broccoli on the side! It was really nice actually

So thats it for today and I had 3 custard creams!

Still feel pretty rubbish, but not as bad as yesterday! Cannot stop sneezing!

Food for today

Breakfast - None!

Lunch - Homemade burger using extra lean mince, 28g cheese (HEa) and a small wholemeal roll (HEb), had some homemade spicy wedges and a big salad!

Dinner - BNS and Sweet Potato Soup, with red pepper and carrot sticks.....Know Im not gonna feel like eating too much!

Gonna have some pineapple and 2 clementines later.

Have drank 6 glasses of water today so far, just feel so thirsty!

have a question which hopefully someone can answer - Seeing as I've had my HEa using cheese, how many syns is semi skimmed milk, I want to have a coffee lol

hey hun, i asked the same question on here a while back about semi skimmed milk and got this answer

Milk, Semi-skimmed milk, 100ml 2½

2.5/100 = 0.025 syns per ml
15mls x 0.025 = 0.375 syns

So I would round it up to 0.5 syns

Oh dear I really just want to eat and eat! havent had my soup for my dinner instead had 100ml of SSmilk (2.5syns) with 28g of shreddies (am putting this as 6syns!)....we dont have any sweet stuff in the house, but I could eat a ham sandwich! its weigh in day tomorrow too!!.....Might have to go force some soup down, even though i totally do not want it right now!! xx
 
3lb off again! Am happy with that, but need to not get used to these 3lbs a week off, I know I'm gonna be disappointed when I only lose 1lb or sts again!! For now though I'm happy! Xx
 
Thanks hun, I think its mainly cos I've been poorly this week tbh, but am not complaining! I need to get back on and do the 30day shred and some more exercise cos I've have done nothing all week!

so since I'm feeling much better today (still got a damn sore throat!) food should be abit easier!!

Breakfast - Toffee Mullerlight with an apple, clementine and grapefruit (wasnt too keen on the grapefruit today!)

Lunch - 28g cheese (really regretting buying normal cheese instead of the low low stuff I usually get!!) in 2 slice wholemeal bread with spring onions, lettuce, cucumber and tomato

Dinner - Really have no idea as it was meant to be chicken but I've forgotten to defrost some, so gonna have a look at some recipes! I've got some sweet potato which I really fancy.....We shall see!

Am off for a walk now, maybe not a good idea with a sore throat and cough but I need some fresh air cos I am gong crazy in this house!
My boyfriend bought me a new watch today, which I have wanted for AGES but it was in the sale...its not an expensive watch at all, I'm really weird like that I either go for really expensive stuff or really cheap stuff, the one I want is 300quid, This one was only 25quid but in the sale it was 12quid!!! Its really pretty and dressy for going out, so I'm happy!

Having a bad weekend already! Had a huge row with my boyfriend, he's gone out and I've just eaten a cream egg and a Lindt egg, which made me feel really really sick! and i had chips from the chip shop for my tea!! I wish they would ban weekends when your trying to lose weight!.....

Last night is behind me, still not speaking to my boyfriend but am sure we will sort it out today! Just had a phone call from my sister having a go at me 'cos my darling 3yr old niece has drawn all over face with permanent marker and its my fault! When Paighton (my niece!) comes to stay with me, I always end up doing face paints on her cos she loves it...so she said she was 'drawing whiskers like auntie Kirsty!'.....My sister is not happy!! Lol all I say is that she shouldn't have been able to get to a permanent marker!

So besides that I'm gonna be back 100% on plan today...

Breakfast - 2 sausages (2syns)...mushrooms, tomatoes and beans..

Lunch - Tuna Salad sandwich in 2 wholemeal slices bread...followed by somef ruit

Dinner - I reallly want fajitas, so gonna look at syns for that and decide from there :)

Fajitas sounds lovely, haven't had them for years... could you please post the syn values when you get the chance? might have it during the week :)
