Today a bad day, i'll write most of what i can remember down and tomorrow start again, Assuming i have put on the 6 pounds i lost.

made fairy cakes, large sponge cake and scones - ate a lot
Batch cooked food for hubby, so i can eat summat healthy instead
dinner
fish pie and veg

Snacks
more cake, scones and biscuits

about 200 points i reckon
 
They are VILE with a captial V. I cannot get any flavour into em no matter what i try :-( x

Won't be buying any of those then! X

Hey U. Dukan Diet is pure protein only. And natural fat free yogurt, cottage cheese and Oat Bran.

Think i will have 1 - 2 Dukan Days a week too just to shake it up. I put on 3 pounds between Thursday - Saturday AM and managed to get it off by Monday and another 2 pounds.

Pure meat Protein - Dukan BOard folks on here are lovely. Good diet, but makes me feel a bit poorly come day 3. x

Ah no good for me as a veggie then lol x
