Hello,
Ok today was my birthday so having a 4 lb weight loss was a nice present to myself.
Food wise started off well but this evening hasn't been too great.
Breakfast
Couscous magic porridge with frozen berries and 0% yogurt
Lunch
Superfree veg home made soup
Two slices of warburton thins with Philadelphia light and some of the oil free saag
Dinner was a chicken sharwarma and a slice of birthday cake.
So not a brilliant end food wise to the day but still it was my birthday.
However exercise wise hopefully I've cancelled out some of the bad calories lol.
I managed 30 minute session on exercise bike at lunch then after eating badly at dinner decided I needed to do Another 20 mins. So 50 minutes in one day!
In addition had my son'a hospital appointment so walked him there and back. Not far but every step helps
So as a result I've hit over 12000 steps today.
I'm hoping I haven't undone all the good work this last week. But mentally I feel very positive - I think the exercise helped cancel out the bad feelings.
Fingers crossed this will be the last birthday I experience being obese. Maybe next year I will be within the normal range.
