I didn't enjoy tonight's show at all. They all murdered the songs IMO

Mary, Katie, Wagner and Paige were truly dire and no one stood out amongst the rest. Even my favourites Matt, Aiden and Rebecca were only passable at best.

I am a Simon fan and also thought it was a bit strong, but surely it was tongue in cheek !!!

The stars tonight for me, my personal favourites were Matt, numero uno !!! One Direction, such yummy boys. They were so good, Rebbecca and I have surprised myself........Cher was good.

At the other end of the scale, Wagner, dreadful !!!!!, but dreadful !!! Aiden, Katie, not good, not good at all.

I think that Simon, whilst sometimes a tad harsh, is usually on the money. Just hope he isn't falling into the curse of believing his own hype

You are not wrong. It must be so hard with songs by such an iconic singer, but then that is what they should be able to do.............sing !!!

I actually didn't think Paije was too bad last night. Mind, he's my favourite out of the boys so it could just be favouritism, lol!

Aidan and Matt get right on my wick...I wish sometimes they'd just sing the songs they were originally sung, as generally the original versions were much better than anything these two have sung on X Factor. Rebecca also gets on my nerves. I find myself almost falling asleep when she sings as everything she sings sounds exactly the same. Cher is quite good when she's not rapping her way through everything, and One Direction are definitely improving.

Katie's a drama queen...time for her to go methinks. Ideal situation would be a double eviction with her and Wagner booted off. Unfortunately, that's not going to happen tonight :sigh:

Paige was given the death slot and so he has been set up to go so Simon can keep Katie and her publicity wagon which has to be good for his pocket.

I thought that song really showed off Paige's vocals, he was fab. He, Rebecca, Matt, Aiden, One Direction and Cher were all good tonight.

Mary, same old same old. Wagner is Wagner and Katie is Katie. Meh.

Couldn't agree more. The type of fans Aiden has aren't the type that vote for shows like this, I think he'll do much better as an independant artist! I hope so anyway!

They could have both gone as far as I am concerned. I thought Aiden was awful and Katie wasn't much better. I think she would have collapsed on stage if she had gone.

What is wrong with the voting public that kept Wagner in again.

Perhaps he and Ann Widdecombe could do a double act !!!!

Glad Paije stayed in. He is not my favourite but he is so genuine.

I'm disappointed that Aiden went, especially as we're still left with Wagner, Mary and Paige all of whom I find boring and monotonous.
I think Katie is much better on her save me songs but will probably go next now that the X-factor tour places are guaranteed. Pity Aiden will miss the tour because it's looking a bit grim in parts LOL
