Kepp up the good work hunni, you sound really fired up ...oh and well done for staying 100% me too, even resisted a Subway, was going to have one yesterday after hospital but then thought 9+ syns :eek: no I'll go have a syn free Frittatta, more filling and yummier and it was too :drool:

And its friday, which means I weigh in tomorrow :D And I have been 100% all week (7 or 8 days I can't remember) AND i haven't binged on chocolate in 8 days :D Scales were calling again this morning...hard to resist getting on.

Yeay to us and our 100% days. I'll be posting yesterday's menu and positives shortly cos I have no idea what happened last night but the lappy was playing up and although I could read stuff accessed by kursor I couldn't type. Felt bereft as I wanted to add my tuppence worth to a few fun posts.

Well my menu for yesterday was 3 clementines a banana, lentil & fennel soup, mint mullerlight, 2 wm pitta breads HEb *2, BBQ chicken pieces, mixed leaves, coronation cloeslaw (syns 4) LF salad cream (3 syns), coconut muller. 2*HEa of cheese.

Positives for 17th May 12

Am still 100% on plan
Had a sensible amount for tea not fit to bust amount.
Filled up with free foods
Felt like some cheese to measured it out.
Love my minis family
Have great friends

I'll stop now cos my boss has just come back.

I'm listening to slimpods and part of what they do is make you "listen" to your full signal and use that to control portion sizes without consciously limiting stuff. I'm thinking it might be working a little. :D :D :D Previously I would have had what I had last night and wanted the same again and maybe even had it. Them been too full to move. This is way better. Still eating a lot though but just not quite as much as I was previously.

Hmmm, i don't even drink tea in work (to be honest I don't even know where the kitchen is (only been here 13 months :p)). Weekends is a different matter though, usually cos mum makes tea every 3 seconds, so I always end up with a cup, though lately I have taken to drinking camomile or strawberry or chocolate tea rather than the normal stuff.

I was so upset I couldn't post on your diary yesterday just as the chat was getting fun. :( But thanks for the explanation. I live and learn. I now understand the concept but don't get the motivation for doing it UGGH. ;)
