I may lose some battles but I'll win the war.

Just making magic porridge for brekie

Well I'm a bit late with my update for food yesterday but I am pleased to report it was another 100% day. As follows:-

Mulligatawny soup 4 clementines banana apple 3 small wm rolls 2 HEb & 6 syns with chicken. 2 mullerlights 2 HEa cheese.

However today has been less successful. I went to a table top sale of plants and other stuff. It's all in aid of a local old folks club so felt obliged to have a cuppa too and it comes witht the requisite home baking. Ooops. so half a potato scone and butter and a piece of iced sponge later I might not be 100% for today any longer. But I'm hoping that as my syns have been lower then max each other day I'll get away with it. Just drinking loads of water to see if that helps.

Food for the rest of the day has been Superspeed soup 2 small wm rolls with chicken, still thinking of having a mullerlight if I get either peckish or want something sweet. :D

Bit annoyed I'm probably not 100% and didn't manage a full week but too late to worry now. I'll just stick to the plan and the pods and hope I make better decisions next time I'm tempted. ;)

Glad you like it. It's also a good kick start for the metabolism and research shows oats are good for mopping up excess cholesterol from your blood too. I have an uncle who's diet would scare us all Fried breckie Meat and veg puddings butter scotch pies and sausage rolls and yet when Drs did health screening they were concerned to find a then 55 YO with such healthy cholesterol levels. Right up till he added that he has a big powl of porridge each morning.

Magic porridge benefits from being a zero prep time food of an evening I find anyway. :D

Thanks Mandy. I hopr you're right but I was out tonight too and sweey thai chilli sauce wasn't SW friendly. OMG it was lovely though. Just hope rest of the day when I had only had 3 crckerbread and roast beef with tomato and a mullerlight compensate for it OK. Probably not more than 15 syns so should be OK I hope. :D
