I think you need 50 posts before you can get the tickers but you'll be there in no time. Then there's a link to them in the stickies for the forum or you can get in but just clicking on one in somebodys diary then setting up your own after you have enough posts. Good she got on OK. Will it be tough to do no sport or will she relish being barred from it? Your outlook can make such a difference can;t it. I got more sleep than normal last night and am currently feeling fairly awake. Enjoying teh novelty of that sensation. Is this proposal for me? Aw Ok then I'll go for it, Not a huge fan of fish but if we're counting tuna and salmon I'm OK (tinned) and on a baked tattie. Or in a pitta/sandwich. I had a weekend of overeating the wrong kind of stuff and am paying the price on the scales and my clothes feel tighter too. All not good. And I'm hoping to get that back and a bit more before I go off on my next jollies with my mum on 21st. It's likely to be another of those eat your body weight in scones weekends as it's the same crowd going. If I can be good before and after I hope I'll not do too much damage.Hahahaha knew you'd be up for it ....that's actually why I proposed it lol
I am good with starting off slowly, and I propose 3 days of being fully on plan and one of those days must be a fish meal (if you like fish that is )...I won't even go down the exercise route ...yet!!!! lol ....how does that sound ??? xxx:hug99:xxx
