Well done Shazzabir. I must be honest, I'd decided to do an extra interval Sat am in a bid to get to 0 before you. But I looked on here and saw you'd already done it so didn't go at all. The late night and booze got the better of me!

Anyhow, I ran two consecutive days for the first time ever, 5 miles a piece, so I have now crossed the finishing line. :)
