I managed a measly 1.2 miles this morning. I had intended 5k but just gave up. Though I was just starting to find it slightly better, but I was virtually at my front door. Too many hills too quickly perhaps, may need to think ny route through a little more carefully in future.

Still got a fair few updates to add and havent figured out the totals yet so havent updated the list.

But wanted to come on anyway as I finished the Bristol Half marathon yesterday - managed a sub 2 hour time as well (just, 1hr, 59 and 21 seconds).

Mostly thanks to SW and this forum - like most of us, I only started running this year thanks to the couch 2 5K programme, so to have progressed to a 13 mile run in just a matter of months is pretty good I reckon.
