Day 2 of getting my sh*t together

B - Porridge (B) made with oat milk (2/3 of my first A) the other third will be my cows milk in tea - only really a dash in 2 cups. With frozen raspberries. I can honestly say it was gross and reminded me of wallpaper paste, not that I've eaten wall paper paste before, would not recommend. I do, for the record, like oat milk in different circumstances.

L - Leftover fakeaway (1)

S - Apple at 3pm and a Babybel light (2) and a cup of coffee.

D - Salmon fillet, spinach cooked with butter, garlic and lemon (still didn't eat it) (1), green beans, cauliflower and SW friendly chips with a tbsp lighter than light, tastes like nothing mayo (0.5). Also, I won't lie, that's not even a picture of my dinner. I vacuumed mine. A banana.

S - 2 finger Kitkat (5.5), lean bacon, 2 dairylea triangles, pasta, a kiwi and a Hartleys 10 Cal wow! jelly (0.5)

Syns - 10.5
Exercise - Gardening and then a lightning storm rolled in so I danced in the rain! It was so fresh and beautiful!

I am trying to get mine together (non-food) but failing badly. I have so many ideas and things to do but cannot muster the willpower and strength to start them.

I understand, when all this started, I vowed I would have the bathroom tiled before we go back to 'normal' but it's just not going to happen. I have no go in me. I have enough motivation to get out of bed and read a book (most days). Like you've said to me many times, don't pressure yourself. It won't make anything any better. Try and enjoy these simple moments. Focus on what you can and want to change and make a big deal of your achievements when you do manage something. This too shall pass! Xx

Haven’t had anymore purple eggs yet since last time. Will have some tomorrow me thinks wooo.

I really wanted to learn how to make Chinese roast pork before all of this. So learning to make it in line with SW felt like a real achievement and it tasted great! The whole thing cost less than a tenner and fed 3 adults and a small!

The purple egg was the most beautiful thing I've seen! Can't wait for it to penetrate all the way to the yolk.

It was legitimately disgusting but I was committed.

Would you believe it that I have done the same. What a coincidence.
Teasel was talking about pickled eggs so I decided to make one to see how it tastes. I didn't have any vinegar so used some from my pickled beetroot.
I am looking forward to tasting it.
 
Ugh. Fair play to you for getting on with it though! I have scraped together a beef stew/casserole from wobbly parsnips that I will be able to steal a bowl of if I get hungry. Thankfully we do still have loads of food that just needs preparing so that is what I am doing, boiling pasta etc.

B - Tin of tuna, 2 cups of tea (A) and 2 Alpen light bars (B)
S - Got hungry, and grabby, 2 pieces of chocolate (3)
L - Omlette with salad and Salad cream (2.5)
S - Fat free yoghurt with lemon essence and sweetner and a kiwi
D - Chicken breast, Mini baked potatoes, mashed mixed root veg, Broccoli and syn free gravy
S - Kitkat (5.5) rest of my chicken breast from dinner

Syns - 11
Exercise - Went for a swim! Also still doing my 30 days fit.

I was really looking forward to my walk this morning but it didn't go as planned and now I have a conference. I am miserable. I hate my colleagues. I will create a change, today.

B - Cup of tea (A). SW Pancakes (B) with fruit
S - Fat free yoghurt with coffee and banana thanks @Ravenous it was tasty, but I think I put in too much coffee 😂
L - Salmon salad with a few pasta shells and sweet chili sauce (2)
D - Jacket potato with butter (4) and beef bourginon/stew
S - Leftover cheesy pasta (A) and a kitkat (5.5)

Syns - 11.5

Also - had a cheeky step on the scales and measure today. Obviously, now that I am being strict with myself, the lbs are shifting. I have set myself some goals and rewards to attain. The next goal is 15st 5.9lb - half stone. When I get there again and for the last time, I can have a new cup. It's more exciting than it sounds, promise!

Go for a long walk after and scream in to the open air to feel better and get rid of the tension before it turns into food indulgence.
