If I eat it, I'll snap it <3 SW Postpartum

I'm still working on getting them typed out. Might just take a picture, because I'm really tired!
I had an email 4 minutes before I finished work telling me that I would be unable to access systems tomorrow and Monday so I had to gather all of my work for both days andcomplete the thing that I was going to do tomorrow. So, I was late having dinner and didn't get to eat with my family whihc has never been a problem before but actually made me a bit sad!

How did it go with your measurements? @Ravenous - I've seen now, that bust measurement difference is amazing!

Weigh in day! Lost 1.4lb, now 216.6.

I recognise that a loss is great but I am dissappointed for 2 reasons - Firstly, I gained 1lb last week, so in 2 weeks, I've only lost 0.4lb. Also, I weighed on Monday and I was 213.8 and on Wednesday and was at 213.4. I gave it my best this week, despite feeling really tired and under the weather.
I felt like I had genuinely earned my new cup this week, maybe next week!

I will get on with planning our family SW friendly curry tonight!

Well done for the loss. A loss is a loss no matter how small. Don't regret what has happened i.e gaining 1lb week before & losing 1.4lb this week. Life has ups & downs & sometimes things happen to teach us a lesson or remind us of something.
You can see I have been reading my books again - hahahaha.
On a serious note, I have been thinking about what you were saying about your career & how you want to make a change to provide value & self satisfaction. I really want to send you the book I recommended - I am reading it again but soon finish.
I need your address to post it to you - possibly next week or the week after when life gets back to normal.
I will change my settings so you can send me a private message with your address.

Aww, I completely see why you’re disappointed. How frustrating for you. Hopefully things will shift for you this week.

You're right though! Life does have ups and downs and accepting those as part of this journey are also part of this journey! I'm getting there.

Thank you @Miss Scarlett Blue @Fitatforty1 @Kaysa still no sign of flo either so I'm hoping when she shows up, my body will get balance back.

Considering doing an SP week to get the big loss that I am craving! I'll see how it goes and do as many days as possible.

B - Porridge (B) with milk from (A) an orange
L - Bacon medallions, egg, beans, half a beef
Tomato and mushrooms
D - KFC fake away, I've already made the coating and it will be around 1.25 syns each. With Califlower rice salad. I also made a tomato relish.

It was still really tasty as a meal! I put lime juice and a little salt in the cauliflower. The best part was that tomato relish and its a speed food too, with only peppers, tomatoes and onions in it. Yummy! I got the "KFC" coating recipe online but didn't have most of the stuff so I just winged it.

The actual recipe was;
2 tsp table salt
1 1/2 tsp dried thyme
1 1/2 tsp dried basil
4 tbsp paprika
1 tsp dried oregano
1 Tbsp celery salt
2 Tbsp garlic salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp dry mustard powder
2 tsp white pepper
1 tbsp ground ginger
1 tbsp MSG, (optional)

KFC Coating (to coat enough chicken for 4 people - I used 12 drumsticks)
30g Plain flour (4.5 syns)
3 tbsp Onion powder
2 tbsp Garlic granules
2 tbsp Paprika
1 tbsp Mustard powder
1 tbsp Green dried herb (I think mixed herbs would be great here)
2 tsp Ginger
1 tbsp Fresh ground black pepper.

Also, I realise that I can eliminate the flour from the recipe next time. I have ordered some smoked paprika because I've never had any in my kitchen and I am REALLY excited!

Not an SP day, I want crisps and chocolate but I'm making really good choices. Flo showed up and while I'm thrilled that I won't be joining the 10's of 1000's of women in the maternity ward in 9 months, I still have horrible mood swings and cravings.

B - Porridge with 200ml coconut milk, sweetner and a drop of coconut flavour.
S - Apple
L - Noodles, carrot, broccoli, peas and spring onion with chicken.
S - Tangerine and blue yoghurt because I wanted something disgustingly fake. FF yoghurt coloured and flavoured by me!

Wise words in respect of Flo.
I have been much better with my mood swings since started walking by the sea.
Love your yogurt.

Curry looks so good I want 😌

Thank you! It was really good, it was my first attempt and I can happily say that I will not buy a jar EVER again! I went a bit OTT on the turmeric in the rice but I know now for next time.
