Had dinner, took Poppy to Rainbows, went to Asda/Morrissons for Bargains and then collected Poppy and home.
Just enjoyed my freebie Crunchie, 5pp never tasted so good!!!
After a weekend of laziness (1AP earned across both days,oops!) I have done over 23000 Steps today and earned 5AP, Serena is back on it!!! X

Back on it is right! Go you! I must get a pedometer-I'm more curious than anything. Total was a fairly chilled day at work tho so wud have been embarrassingly low.

Gotta love Freebies! I was soooooo chuffed to get into those Shorts, I don't know if u have Jane Norman but it does come up tiny tiny! I love my dress, need to find somewhere to wear it to now! X

i use an app called 'steps mania' on my phone and its free and really accurate x

Ya just curious having heard how many you do-I couldn't even guess..... not sure if day off or day at work wud be more... we'll see I guess.
