Them snowballs look delicious. Apart from the outside, is that dried coconut. I hate dried coconut. If they were plain chocolate I could eat about 5 :)
 
Good Evening Subscribing Sweeties :)

Week 3 Day 2 is drawing to a close so I'm here to update!

Wow! What a Day! Tummy has been BAD :-( Only good thing to report is that the Scales are gone, never to return! Not figured out WI but I'm just going to continue with the Plan at the moment and worry about that minor detail another time!

Breakfast-WW Greek Style Lemon Yogurt (2pp) & 1 Peeled Pear (0pp)

Mid-Morning I had a Peanut Butter Hottie (2pp), normally stick to water but just fancied this so I had it!

Lunch-2 Stages, 1st Stage was a Tesco LC Vegetable Soup in a Mug (2pp) followed about an hour later by 1 Slice of Kingsmill 5050 Bread (2pp) with 20g Raspberry Conserve (1pp)

Mid-Afternoon I had a Peeled Apple (0pp). & 3 Askeys Wafers (0pp)

Dinner-2 Linda McCartney Sausages (5pp), 90g Iceland Potato Croquettes (4pp), Steamed Button Sprouts/Carrots/Green Beans (0pp) & usual Brown/Red Sauce (0pp)

Tonight's TT is the last PBH (2pp), French Fries Worcester Sauce (2pp), Green & Blacks Mini Bar (2pp) and Snowball (2pp)

Unfortunately I had planned to use Weeklies but it hasn't really happened (again!), it seems the more I tell myself I can eat, the less I want to eat yet when I'm trying to be 'good' I want to eat everything in sight!

*Might* use 4 Weeklies on Cashews later but can't see it at the moment!

It always looks like you get a lot from your 26pp. You manage to fit so much good food in :)

I like to think my meals are quite balanced and I don't think I could physically fit much more on the plate! Will look into the Weeklies tomorrow when I'm out for Fathers Day ;-) x

I'm not sure yet, going to let my Dad pick I think. I find the not knowing a bit terrifying but hey ho I have to get on with it! X

Your food looks fab yet again and you give me great ideas. I love LM sausages but had forgotten all about them. I'm not veggie but my dad was and I used to pinch his haha!

I'm not a huge LM Fan but these were only £1 in Morrisons and did us two dinners! Got the Quorn Cumberland Sausages this week, can't wait for those! X

Nuts are a good source or protein and healthy fats. I wish I could trust myself to buy some and not eat the whole bag. That's why I love Graze, it portion controls me.
