I don't mind going to the gym or walking outside, but I'd feel a right idiot doing Leslie Sansone with the curtains open lol. I do it quite vigorously and get all red and sweaty
When I go to Zumba I stand at the back for this reason!
I get mine from Asda, they always have them in the Whoopsies bit as the Outer Packet is split but the inside packs are absolutely fine. X
