ah man, it snow letting me put a pic up, but it keeps saying failed, i've already cropped it and brought the size down from, 2.2 to 0.35 so the file is small enough...... any ideas on what to do now ??

Are you on Facebook I always go on the little preview version of your picture and right click ,save it ,they are noramlly the right size

Upload the pic to Flickr. Change the size to thumbnail or small, right click and copy the address. Paste that into option 1 in the Edit Avatar menu.
