Me either so pissed off with myself! As I am so unhappy with how I look!! I need to get back now I'm going to do slim and save for a two week stink before my holiday to but need to get some off first!! We're staying at the MGM signature :)
 
Me too, I don't want to feel fat on my holiday. N there are skinny Minnie's everywhere in Vegas! :-(. Xxx
 
Ohh you two are so lucky, I'd love a holiday and Vegas sounds amazing. My sister was there and had an amazing time! She said Caesars Palace is amazing!

Aww I loved it. We stopped at Wynn encore last yr, really posh but felt like u had to be really dressed up all the time. Glad we stopped there tho cos it was amazing!! Caesars palace is a really nice one too! X x
 
Trying just to do a healthy approach to losing weight, will see how I go. When I count points or calories I seem to b obsessed n then when I go over I binge eat! Cutting out loads crap like white bread, rice and pasta n sticking to whole grain. Also upping my water as I haven't been drinking the 2lts a day like I should. So far today ...,

Breakfast- 100% porridge oats with skimmed milk and Golden syrup m

Lunch - ham salad sandwich on wholemeal

Dinner- home made chicken jalfresi n whole grain rice.

Snacks so far- orange, nectarine and I also have Special K bar for later

Month n eating everything in sight! Weighed thur n i was ten st 4 so I lost a couple since last wk! Back on plan tomorrow. Just been reading ur diary, ur doing so well, 10lbs since 2nd jan! Wow!! all those inches too x x

Rubbish over wk end but really good since mon so I'm hoping I've pulled back a maintain tomorrow. Walked dog 8miles mon n 6 miles yesterday. how u doing? Xx

Same really ha ha I'm working this weekend though so ill be better! I did have a bit to much chocolate Monday to :( but I'm on it now

Well done on ur walking 8 miles is fab!i need to start doing longer walks I'm doing 26 mile one for charity in may so best get training!xx

Thanks hun, how u getting on? I'm kinda doing calorie counting at the mo, although I've been naughty thur fri sat sun so I'm hoping for a sts tomorrow. .. Wow 26 miles, that's a lot! Took me 2 hrs to do the 8 miles x xx

Not too great but doing loads of exercise so hopefully will work out ok on wi!yeh we must b mad but its for the children's hospital we did it two years ago but we only did the 13 miles and that was bloody tough feet were raw took nearly 4 hours!and its on the paths in brum so hills etc galore!hard blooming work!cant wait tho as its for the little kiddies xxx
