I'm back!

And didn't touch a s&s product whilst away as the caravan was so minging i couldn't even bare to boil the kettle :sigh:

But I had a really, really good holiday apart from the stinky caravan.

Am back on s&s tomorrow morning and am really glad i broke and binned my scales so I can't weigh myself to see what ive put on.

I'm going to do 100% for at least 2 weeks before I weigh in at boots so i hve a chance to get back to my pre-hol weight nd also loose some too.
