im back !

Aw, it can so easily happen when you shop hungry. It helps me to shop from Tesco online and then I don't get tempted by the things that look really yummy...Maybe you are sabotaging yourself for some reason (very Dr Phil of me!) but there must be some reason why you do this...I do the same thing so if you figure it out let me know!!! x ;)
And don't let yourself feel guilty or you'll guilt yourself into eating more, just draw a line under it hun x Best o'luck!
 
Well i seem to have regained control. Sunday i had a really good day points wise and yesterday i had a lunch out with my mum and even a slice of swiss roll for pudding with my mum and OH when we got home and i considered letting it rule my day. My normal thinking is well i have had ( whatever ) so i might aswell just forget the diet today then i self destruct almost lol. I even got the chinese menu out and was planning on ordering chips, chicken rice and bar b q spare ribs but i let the menu sit there and decided i wouldnt like the way i felt tomorrow so i didnt order it. I did have a couple of crisp sandwhiches but it was crustless bread and low fat marg so nowhere near the amount of points a chinese would have been.

I was quite pleased with myself if im honest
 
Takes a while to get ya head back around things somtimes doesnt it!? .. bit of a nightmare! Good for you not blowing the whole day! it takes alot of willpower to do that .. Im back on as of tomorow morning xxx have a good week xxx
 
Well yesterday was good, i stuck to my points, even managed to bank a few and went for a little bike ride with the OH. Not very long or strenuous but enough to make me feel like i had done something lol.
I was woken up here a couple of times in the night by the thunder, it was soooooooo loud. :eek:
I also decided on my furture yesterday - im going to finish this year of college then im taking some time out, im unsure if i want to do my level 3 hairdressing and people at my college i have spoken to have said if they had to pay for it they wouldnt have bothered it wasnt worth it. So im going to get a job for now doing anythig and keep applying for hairdressing jobs and if i get one i can always give up what im doing, plus i will start up a mobile service too. Incidently i was offered a place at a salon in Knightsbridge, London but the wage wasnt worth the time and money it would take to get there and back each day so i had to say no. :rolleyes:

Whether you took it or not congrats are in order...they obviously thought you were good enough for the job and Knightsbridge!!! Fabulous!!! Well done lady! I could have used you last week when I took a notion and ended up cutting a 'crazy-people' fringe into my own hair...:( Not my best moment!...think Dumb and Dumber...Tg it grows phenomenally quickly...(cousin it style)
Anyway, needless to say you are on the right track! Best of luck for the future with it... :)x
 
Opps havent updated here in a while, well it would have been hard to do as i havent had my hands free for 6 days from holding all the food :eek::eek:

Seriously i dont know what has come over me, i eat constantly, everything i know i shouldnt like its going out of fashion so i have to make the most of it. :cry:

I have had no control and felt awaful but couldnt stop myself. Im back to it today and am off for a walk in a minute with my Oh and the dog. I WILL post a food diary at the end of each day

I was saying i was sorry to hear your having a battle with the food at the mo hun and i think a few of us are in the same boat at the moment! Starting the day with such good intentions and then everything falling apart ....

Thanks hun, it does help coming on here doesnt it and realising others are in the same position. My weight is going to be something i have to deal with all my life though to maintain at goal as i was almost there once and the next thing i knew im back where i started :eek::eek:

I feel nice and positive today i have written my weeks menus so i know what im having, i have done daily exercise targets and so far today have done 200 bum clenches - 200 skips - 200 tummy pulls and im off to town with my mum in a bit so im wearing my pedometer to see how many steps i can knock up.

Will check back in later and let you know how i get on
 
Oooo bum clenches aye! lol .. I do those when i go to bed! lol so many together and so many each cheek! ~blush~ lol .... I agree with you its great being here and knowing we all have a daily struggle with things! ...

you can do it hun,not just you thats blipped there is me u and Kirsty thats being honest thats struggling,just message any of us if you need help,we are all the same ,cant keep away from the nice foods!
 
Doing well, i have clocked up over 6000 steps while shopping, stopped at Morrisons and my mum had a sandwhich and i had a side salad, on yhr side of a coffee so hardly any calories there.

I am still really focused on this today and going strong :D

Right well today is going well, its 7.30 and im having the opposite problem, i havent eaten nearly enough yet :giggle:

I will post my eatings in my diary when i have scoffed a bit more to use up some points but i had a delicious dinner it was pan fried pork and mushrooms very little points and extremely filling
 
Well the day went well, i have stuck to the diet and even managed to save a few points.... Have posted my food diary aswell

I also managed to do 10,000 steps - 150 tummy crunches - 200 skips - 250 bum clenches - 1 hour walking
Hopefully this is enough to help me on my way
 
So far so good, today is going well and im well within my points. We are having a spag bol tonight which is nice and filling and then im making some carrot and corriander soup and some fishermans burgers for tomorrow nights dinner
 
Well i weighed in this morning as my TOTM has passed and i have had a few good days on the diet and Sunday is my WI day, wasnt expecting much as i say i have only been good a few days but im chuffed 5.5lb off. Just goes to show alot of it must have been retained water so thats me set for the day :D:D
