Bought a dress (more likely to wear as tunic over jeans or leggings as short!) in last knockings of M&S sale. Tried in two sizes and went for smaller one even though a little snug at the moment. When I was buying it the lady said how lovely it was and that one of her colleagues had worn it. SHe then said (spontaneously) but she's lovely and slim like you I wanted to cry / lean over and kiss her. For complete stranger who knows nothing about my weight issues to just pass a comment like that was amazing. Its so odd as I still see myself as fat. I still struggle going into cool normal shops (spend about 20 seconds in French Connection today!)
Hi, I'm here to follow!
I don't follow a diet plan, but I think SW is the closest of what I've doing. I'm also doing the Couch to 5k. I'm not a big fan of exercises, but this program keeps me motivated to go to the gym because I always want to run more. I'm still on week 3 and I hope it really works!
And, well, I love B&J ice cream, I have to stay away from them every time I go to the supermarket... the small cup is just not enough. I've been replacing ice cream for Fage Greek Yogurt with fruits or chocolate powder, it works, fortunately
You'll pay - once I started, I couldn't stop!
That sounds great - am not at usual group this week but might suggest next timeOur SW group recently did a clothes swap eve, i din't manage to go.....but everyone took some clothing and however many items they took, they could swap for the same amount ?...there was a pound fee to cover room costs...and then any clothing left over our consultant took to a charity shop
im a weirdo all my friends say it but i like to be different lol
Being weird is definitely better than being average
Well done on braving French Connection. I wouldn't go in just in case my bum sets off the alarms
Hello lovely how has your day been?
And also lol on the C25K - read that as 25 km - blimey you ARE good at this running lark!
I still haven't tried any of the SW food. Your sauce sounds yummy though!
