Hi ginganinja, welcome!
I tried simplicity first time around and couldn't stick it.....
The only way I could convince myself to try again was to do lifestyle and now Im doing great!
Its definitely a wise choice to stick to simplicity if u dont think u could control yourself around real food.
Personally I like that I can have my little low carb meal in the evening with my man, or go to a restaurant
And its teaching me how to cook healthily, which will be invaluable in the future, and I'm trying different veg and liking things I'd never of tried before!
Good luck with Wednesday, just remember to get through the first few days (it isn't THAT horrific) break the habit and you'll fly through the days.
And the losses each week spur u on to keep going.
