Hi all!
Newbie Dublin member!! First week on the plan-my wi is tuesday evening and I'm worried that I won't have lost anything! My evening meal carb portions are still way too large-managing to include a third super free but definitely think I'm having too much pasta etc. have been good for lunch and breakfast all week and using circa 5-10 syncs per day on wholesome meal extras rather than treats-had some snack a jacks as my weekend treats-not craving anything bold so happy with that at the moment. I'll just wait ( with apprehension) to see what Tuesday evening brings-and will spend the next couple of weeks slowly reducing the carb portion size-coming from a place of HUGE unhealthy meals followed by tons of crap so I don't mind this weaning down slowly and healthily!
Have 10 stone to lose-my goal is not to be overweight turning 30 next yr!!
