i do too! tho then i take spurts! I didnt use the celery and i only had mixed herbs in the house not all the separate ones! also this time i added peppers (only randomly as they in the fridge) so i will see tonight if its nice!

It's 90euro for the 12week & 45euro for the 6week, I'd recommend going for the 6week so that you still have the option to take a holiday week in between or at least the option to decide to go ahead with another 6weeks.

I didn't realise there was a 6 week option, that sounds like a better plan. I'll leave it to next week, as stupidly don't have enough cash on me and we've a shortage of ATMs in this part of the world.

Yeah I'm gonna do it in 6week blocks, I did 12weeks in the run up to Xmas & ended up missing 2 weeks, kinda defeated the purpose of the free weeks. It's handy as well, coz if you've paid upfront you're less inclined to miss & there's no faffing around to find the fee every week, I rarely carry cash.

Missed it last night, and won't see it tonight due to class, but will catch up online later. I really like it! Although never has actually helped me lose weight, I normally eat dinner while watching it

Ha ha, I'm the same, don't exactly find it inspiring as it's not really comparable with what we're doing but it's a natural nosey-ness to see how others deal with dieting. I watch it while eating munchies, had syn-free hummus & carrots so in keeping with SW

All caught up now, as usual I ended up crying through both episodes. I think the people on it are v brave to open up their lives to the whole country. Not sure I'd ever have the liathroidi to do it.

I know I sit with a box of tissues. It's a real eye opener alright,you think you've problems until you see what situations others are in, makes you buck up. No I wouldn't have an ounce of the courage it'd take to even fill in the application forms.
Oh I hope they do well,dying to see all the previous leaders comeback,I like that bit,so you can see how they progressed. Guy from last year looked great, he's kept going.
I'm out for breakfast this morning,so spending all my syns on a fry up

I love the come back too. Loved that about the Biggest Loser, when you'd see the results show finale. Although always feel a bit deflated when it's all over, like I miss the people, and want to see how they are getting on every week.
Evidently, I need to get out more.
Enjoy your fry up, could murder a sausage sambo, but luckily we've none in!

Yeah Elsa I couldn't get on it for ages & when I did it died a death. It's great to see how it motivates people to come together in their communities. My friend says a group meet up every year in her village to do it for the 8weeks.
