No probs Susie. No one can do this alone yea half packs, bars, etc sometimes I even mix and match. Just depends what you fancy. Also some people have said you can have the shakes hot too. I haven't tried this yet but might do a hot choc tonight and see how it goes. I have to plan because last night I was craving dominos... Well everything really so decided to look at the menu of where were going thurs. The closer I get to Thursday the more I find myself dreaming about food. I think having planned things to look forward to helps so might make it a once a month thing. Will see how much I gorge on Thursday. I'll tell them to forget plates and knives and forks. Just give me a trough lol x
