Liz what did your consultant say about sts? Is it common for people who don't cheat then? I blame that piece of ham personally ;)

I'd throw in some exercise it really does help!!! 810 is that step 3 then ?

No step 2, going to do 3 days and see what happens. Won't exercise just yet. Didn't manage my 3rd shake or all of the milk allowance as too full. Hopefully ill eat it all tomorrow!!

She said she thought it might happen as I've not cheated and had consistent losses, she reckons my metabolism needs a boost hence the step 2 week. We shall see what happens. Sounds like its good to have nights off x

Haha yes makes me feel less guilty lol. Keeps my metabolism guessing haha. I have chicken Caesar salad today but could only manage half and felt so guilty... Swimming again tomorrow so hopefully can burn the extra calories before Monday weigh in!!!! Good luck Liz I'm sure next week will be different. If all else fails... Have some carb... It might help maybe? You've done so well to stick to it without any cheating... What's your secret. I have to have things to look forward to !

I'm sure you'll be fine, honestly think it must help. The only reason I don't want to cheat is coming out of ketosis. Took me about 10 days to feel ok, really suffered going into it. If this doesn't work then ill have to come out and go back in. My consultant is so lovely, been texting me and spent ages today explaining stuff, she reckons my body is having a tantrum and is stamping its feet saying feed me lol.

Aww your consultant sounds lovely. I don't really hear from mine at all which is something I don't really like. She's there obviously if I txt her but I don't really hear from her unless it's about my order.... Yeah your body has just adjusted. As long as you don't go mad on carbs I think it only takes a day or two to get back into ketosis after. I'm feeling hungry now though so probably my own fault! Do you follow the vlogs on YouTube? They're really good. One woman on there has only lost 2lbs in two weeks and she's now going up a step. Fingers crossed x

Hi Liz, I stayed the same for 6 days then lost 1 pound, so don't be disheartened it will come off. I am doing a mix of ss and ss+ which seems to keep my body on its toes. I've lost 3 pounds since my weigh in on Thursday, so having a bit of allowed food does work, keep smiling you will get there.x
 
Yeah I didn't have anything else to eat but just drank loads of tea and water lol! Yea it's just a vlog everyday about Cambridge and other stuff... Some people only do it once a week etc but it's good for motivation etc. Going food shopping for tje fiance now and then going back and getting ready for swimming and then tidying house lol. How about yourself?

Annoyed ... Went to go swimming but swimming pool closed because they have water polo on.... Didn't tell me that on the website!!!!

Same I'm doing a mix because I can't live without milk in my tea and sometimes need some chicken if I've been for a swim! Our bodies just want to make it more difficult for us to lose weight.... As if it wasn't already ay! Hope everyones had a good weekend :)
