Liz what did your consultant say about sts? Is it common for people who don't cheat then? I blame that piece of ham personally

Haha yes makes me feel less guilty lol. Keeps my metabolism guessing haha. I have chicken Caesar salad today but could only manage half and felt so guilty... Swimming again tomorrow so hopefully can burn the extra calories before Monday weigh in!!!! Good luck Liz I'm sure next week will be different. If all else fails... Have some carb... It might help maybe? You've done so well to stick to it without any cheating... What's your secret. I have to have things to look forward to !

Hi Liz, I stayed the same for 6 days then lost 1 pound, so don't be disheartened it will come off. I am doing a mix of ss and ss+ which seems to keep my body on its toes. I've lost 3 pounds since my weigh in on Thursday, so having a bit of allowed food does work, keep smiling you will get there.x
