Well my consultant made me some and brought it to me because she'd run out of mix a mousse and water flavouring but dropping off tomorrow but wanted me to try it. The recipe is mix 1 teaspoon of mix a mousse with 1 tea sspoon of flavoring with 1 pint of water. Place in fridge for 20 mins. Hey presto. Jelly that even wobbles. You can put good colouring to make it look more pretty. You can adjust amount of flavoring to your taste too so if 1 teaspoon too strong, put half in. So basically we can have a pint of jelly and it doesn't affect out diet or anything! Hooray!

week 3 - +3.5lbs (after a few days off plan)
