Right krazzed, tough love here. Do not cheat anymore please, you can do this. You want to do this. In another few weeks of being 100% you could be in the 13 stones!!! Just think how fab you'll feel then. The nice feeling of eating a scone or piece of choc is nothing compared to looking at the scales and seeing 13 stone something. Think you need to break it down a bit so it doesn't feel so daunting. I broke mine down into 2 week chunks, I'm now in week 11. I know you think I'm really strong and good at this but I'm not. I still crave pizzas and twirls I've even saved a picture on my phone of a pizza I want from Pizza Hut once I'm at goal lol. My desire to be fitter and slimmer is bigger. Do you have any clothes in the next size down? If you do keep trying them on once a week, that's what I did from day one and guess what some of them now fit and the feeling of them getting closer and closer to doing up keeps me going. It's a lot of money to spend every week and cheat. You can so do
