So after lots of thinking I've decided to swap over to ww. I'm really happy with my weight now (even if my bmi is still 26.5)!!!! I always just wanted to be a size 12 and I'm that now, the things I'm not happy with are my arms and legs looking a bit saggy but losing more weight will not help that so I'm going to limit carbs and still have a product a day and follow ww. Also my periods are still manic, 7 heavy ones in 13 weeks is not good and worried what effect it's having. Need to find a class ASAP and planning on starting running again tomorrow & use my gym membership!!! I've loved this diet and will still come on to support everyone x

Me too! I have a few packs left so I'll have one a day before bed and point it 4pp btw) at least I'll be getting vitamins from them. I'm joining a class tomorrow. I need to get my head around the slow weight loss compared to Cambridge but I've tried lots of my posh work clothes on and I can wear most even a few size 10 dresses, trousers are hit and miss but I think I need more food because I've been a right grump this week. Just went on a 5k jog. God my lungs felt like they were bleeding!!!!! Timing was crap, 4 mins longer than I was doing it last year!!!! But hey ho ill get there!!!!

Yeah I never feel hungry anymore. My sister (who I've seen a lot lately) thinks I'm developing a eating disorder!!!! I've had a cambridge bar today and an apple not a lot I know but just not hungry!!! Just been food shopping and bought lots of meats, eggs, veg, fruit and plain yogurt think ill have this until I start ww properly. One thing though I've had a wobbly filling for a few months that's been fine whilst hardly eating, having that apple had made it fall out. I hate a major fear of the dentist but got to flipping go now!!! The cambridge diet was defo helping my teeth lol. X
