On calories. I do 1200 cals a day it always tells me off when I eat under by like 3 cals but I tend go 20ish over. Do you try to get spot on or just try to get close over or above?

I see my Dr Thursday and so ill ask then what she thinks is the best course as for 7 months I only ate 600,1600 is a big shock. It's all confusing this cal stuff lol
